Job summary

The MetroHealth System seeks an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager at the Broadway Health Center in Cleveland, OH. This role ensures efficient daily operations, serves as Responsible Pharmacist, and leads staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include a BS in Pharmacy, active Ohio Pharmacist License, Immunization Delivery certificate, TDDD license eligibility, BLS, MTM billing knowledge, and at least two years in retail pharmacy; managerial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate from the APhA or equivalent.
• Meets legal requirements for a Terminal Distributor of Dangerous Drugs license; obtain within 6 months.
• Maintains Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certification.
• BLS Certification from the AHA; 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes and MTM billing practices.
• Preferred: 1 year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient and effective daily operation of an Ambulatory Pharmacy.
• Serve as the Responsible Pharmacist with legal responsibility for compliance with drug laws.
• Supervise and manage personnel staff at the Ambulatory Pharmacy.
• Ensure fiscal compliance for the Ambulatory Pharmacy.
• Focus on customer service issues in the Ambulatory Pharmacy.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
