Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and push 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform drug distribution duties under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain inventory in Pyxis medstations.
• Compounding IV and chemotherapy sterile solutions.

Skills

Pharmaceutical calculations

Knowledge of drug names and dosage forms

Knowledge of medical terminology

Preparation of intravenous solutions

Computer order entry

Effective communication skills

Ability to compound chemotherapy solutions

Education

Currently enrolled in a Pharm D. Program
