• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, customers, and colleagues to promote safety and quality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications, calculations, and regulations; support patient safety.
• Perform clerical tasks such as billing and pharmacy inventory.
• Assist with collection of records to support accreditation and compliance.
• Obtain patient medication histories and provide education to improve adherence.
