Qualifications

• Must have current pharmacist license as required by the state board where services will be provided.
• ACPE‑accredited Pharm.D. degree preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications as ordered by providers.
• Ensure compliance with drug distribution policies and procedures.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and adverse event reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to manage acute and chronic disease states and emergencies.
• Mentor pharmacy staff and participate in education of students and residents.
