The assignment involves rotating day and evening shifts, every other weekend, with responsibilities including order review, dosing, and clinical recommendations, plus both sterile and non-sterile compounding as required under hospital policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must have TN State License to Apply.
• 2 Years Hospital Inpatient experience required.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Antimicrobial stewardship and Med Rec experience preferred.

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosing, allergies, interactions, and contraindications.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and adjustments.
• Prepare, verify, and oversee sterile and non-sterile medication compounding as applicable.
