New graduates are welcome; Massachusetts license is required with CDTM opportunities in some settings. Per diem, part‑time hours available onsite at this Cape Cod facility, with emphasis on patient safety and quality

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
  • Licenses: Massachusetts License required; Mass. Department of Public Health MCSR preferred.
  • Experience: New graduates welcome; 2–3 years preferred.
  • Knowledge: IV Admixtures, Drug Information, Ambulatory, Manufacturing, and Drug Distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize drug therapy by identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems.
  • Provide patient care per state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • May prescribe medications under CDTM where allowed.
  • Supervise and verify work by support personnel during shifts; ensure policy compliance.
  • Support formulary management, adverse drug event monitoring, and quality improvement efforts.
