Mass General Brigham’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod is seeking a pharmacist for per diem, onsite at 311 Service Road. You will help optimize drug therapy, support clinical initiatives, and participate in medication safety and transitions of care.

New graduates are welcome; Massachusetts pharmacist license is required, Doctor of Pharmacy preferred, and 2–3 years of experience is desirable. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility while contributing to high-quality patient care on Cape

Also responsible for providing patient care according to the laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy by the appropriate state and federal agencies. May be responsible for prescribing medications under specific collaborative drug therapy management agreements (CDTM).Does this position require Patient Care?
