Job summary

Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI, is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient pharmacy. The role offers full-time or 0.875 FTE with 10-hour day shifts, every third weekend and holiday rotation.

We value compassion, accountability, collaboration, foresight and joy in daily patient care. The Pharmacist will ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious drug use, provide drug information to clinicians, and support quality improvement initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Wisconsin pharmacist licensure required.
• Residency/fellowship in pharmacy practice preferred.
• APhA or PSW membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficacious, and cost-effective use of drugs to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide drug information and collaborate with clinicians to optimize therapy.
• Support quality improvement and compliance within inpatient pharmacy.
