Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe medication use, and contribute to clinical services within our rehabilitation setting. You will participate in interdisciplinary care and help shape policies that support high-quality patient outcomes.

The role includes active involvement in dispensing, compounding, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards, with opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

Required Pharmacy degree from an accredited program.
State licensure as Pharmacist in good standing.
1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
Contributing to development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency regulations.
Active participation in interdisciplinary team, leveraging critical information for positive patient outcomes.
Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards.
