Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing, for the state in which the hospital is located.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient needs.
• Developing pharmacy policies and procedures in line with Joint Commission standards.
• Participating in an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications.
