Pharmacist-in-Charge

The Pharmacist-in-Charge will apply clinical expertise by evaluating and interpreting medication orders, compounding, and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards. You will play a critical role in identifying, preventing, and resolving medication‑related issues to ensure safe, effective, and individualized patient care. By applying evidence‑based protocols, you will promote clinically sound and cost‑effective drug therapy, contributing to improved patient outcomes and advancing the standard of pharmaceutical care.

Pharmacy Location

Located at WellSpan Shrewsbury Hospital in Shrewsbury, PA.

Schedule

This position is scheduled to work 35 hours per week; hours and days may vary based on hospital need. The position may be required to be on call outside of normal pharmacy hours.

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:
