Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice within 30 days.
• Bachelor/Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy preferred (BPS).
• Experience with clinical pharmacy and drug safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications, advising providers on drug therapies.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and assess for interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential adverse effects.
