Oklahoma Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist- Oklahoma Children's Hospital- PRN to provide expert clinical leadership in inpatient settings. You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, oversee medication-use processes, and partner with nursing and physician leadership to optimize patient care and safety.

The role requires exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication, and a track record of process improvement in a high-reliability environment.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent required.
• Must hold Oklahoma pharmacist licensure or be eligible for licensure.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred; leadership capabilities expected.

• Provide expert oversight of medication verification, compounding, and distribution.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization in inpatient units.
• Oversee inventory management and quality-control documentation.
• Lead pharmacy huddles and communicate priorities clearly to team.
• Serve as resource to physicians, nurses, and staff for medication questions.
• Mentor pharmacists, residents, technicians, and students.
• Maintain expertise in pharmacy practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support accreditation readiness and high-quality patient care initiatives.
