Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Round Rock, TX seeks a Pharmacist (RPH) to provide clinical pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. You will compound, dispense meds, and consult with Nursing, Medical Staff, and patients about medications, drug interactions, and treatment plans.

The role supervises Pharmacy Technicians, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, manages inventory, and participates in quality control and education for staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience or residency training.
• Experience in infusion center/cancer center preferred.
• Monday-Friday day shift; no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting.
• Consult with Nursing, Medical Staff and patients about medications and interactions.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and ensure inventory compliance.
• Review medications for accuracy and interactions; adjust per protocols.
