Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure and appropriate credentials.
• Ability to perform medication control, monitoring and dispensing for all patient ages.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication management and clinical monitoring in inpatient settings.
• Promote rational use of medications and provide drug information to the medical team.
• Supervise medication preparation and advise nursing staff on administration.
