Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center in the Puget Sound region is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for part-time evening coverage. You will deliver pharmaceuticals and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high quality patient care in a climate-controlled, well-lit environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in pharmacy from an accredited school required.
• Advanced degree and/or ASHP accredited residency preferred.
• Must be a registered pharmacist in the state of Washington.
• ACLS and healthcare provider CPR certification required.
• Inpatient Pharmacist – hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-lit, climate controlled office environment.
• Minimal potential for exposure to fumes, noise, chemicals, adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy services to patients.
• Participates in planning, developing, implementing, coaching, and evaluating the daily activities of the department.
• Works collaboratively with medical, nursing, pharmacy, other healthcare teammates, and with patients to provide high quality service.
