Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense physician orders accurately.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain patient profiles and ensure accurate medication records.
• Provide pharmacologic information to multidisciplinary care teams.
• Support medication safety and participate in dose adjustments when needed.
