Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy for a 13-week inpatient hospital pharmacist role in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The contract starts October 5th and features 4x10-hour day/evening shifts, at a 450-bed medical center.

Requirements include PharmD, Oklahoma license, and BLS. Candidates should have 2+ years inpatient experience with IV preparation, and be comfortable with EPIC, Pyxis, and Carousel systems.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and Oklahoma pharmacist license required.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience, including IV preparation.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties including IV medication preparation and verification.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure accurate dispensing and distribution.
• Use EPIC EMR for medication orders and documentation.
• Utilize Pyxis and Carousel automation to enhance medication management.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
