Job summary

Specialty Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a hospital coverage assignment in the Tulsa, OK area. The role supports inpatient care with a structured 13-week contract and a 3-day/week, 8-hour shift schedule.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, and EPIC or other pharmacy information systems experience is a plus. Start date ASAP with onboarding assistance provided to ensure a smooth transition into the team.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
• PharmD or equivalent degree
• Inpatient experience is required
• Experience with EPIC or other pharmacy information systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Order verification and clinical review of physician medication orders
• Medication dispensing, distribution, and inventory management
• Monitoring medication therapy for drug interactions, dosing accuracy, and safety
• Pharmacokinetic dosing support and clinical consultations
• Medication reconciliation and discharge counseling for patients
• Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
• Accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations
