Seattle Children’s seeks an Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for Pediatric Subspecialties. You will deliver high-quality inpatient care across neonates to young adults, manage complex cases, and actively participate in education, research, and quality improvement.

A 3-month block schedule with day/night shifts and weekend coverage is typical. Requirements include a Master’s in nursing with pediatric/family NP or PA program, WA licensure, and national certification.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in nursing with a pediatric or family NP program or PA program.
• One year of pediatric or family-focused clinical experience.
• Active WA RN/APRN licensure or PA license and national certification as pediatrics or familyNP/PA.

Mansioni

• Deliver autonomous and collaborative inpatient care including assessment, diagnostics, treatment and procedures.
• Manage complex multi-system pediatric cases and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate across subspecialty teams to educate, consult and improve care delivery.
