Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our nationally recognized Pediatric Critical Care Medicine team. You will deliver direct inpatient care and manage a high-acuity pediatric PICU population in a 40-bed unit, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, 24/7 coverage, and active licensure as a PA-C or NP with pediatric critical care training; PALS certification and NCCPA or PA credential are

Qualifications

• NP with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner concentration or PA with critical care training required.
• Active WA state licensure as PA-C or ARNP and national certification.
• PALS certification and NCCPA/PA credential as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct inpatient care for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Lead multidisciplinary rounds with physicians, fellows, and nurses.
• Coordinate care transitions and manage complex diagnoses.
• Engage in CQI activities and clinical education.
