Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two years of clinical experience, BLS, and relevant certifications (CNA/CMA/EMT-B). Strong terminology, verbal communication, and computer skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED plus technical skills/training relevant to the specialty area.
• Two years of related clinical experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
• CNA, CMA, or EMT-B certification as applicable; Aggression Management within 90 days.
• EKG and/or Phlebotomy competency validation within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Work with the charge nurse and staff nurses to ensure care needs are met.
• Adhere to patient safety measures and follow unit procedures.
