Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient team. The role emphasizes direct patient care and the design of targeted OT treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn, along with Texas OT licensure and current BLS certification. Weekend shifts pay an extra $8/hour and opportunities for growth exist within a large, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and plan/implement treatment programs for patients.
• Develop and contribute to the expansion of occupational therapy services.
• Be flexible to meet system-wide needs across multiple facilities.
