Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient team. You will care for a diverse patient population and bring a commitment to learning for those with limited inpatient experience. The role supports PAM Health's extended hospital-care mission.

Weekend shifts pay an extra $8/hour. You will provide direct patient care, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and plan/implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with the care team and contribute to service development.
• Be flexible to support PAM Health facilities across the system.
