Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake North is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team. The OT will deliver patient-centered care, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to program growth across our system.

Experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred, with a strong commitment to learning and teamwork. Weekend shifts include a pay differential of $8/hour to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prefer 1 year of clinical/inpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care to a diverse inpatient population.
• Plan and implement targeted OT treatment programs.
• Contribute to service development and program improvement.
