Job summary

Baystate Health, Springfield, MA, is seeking inpatient Registered Nurses for a part-time day shift on our orthopedic unit. You will provide direct patient care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through perioperative and post-operative recovery.

Qualified candidates must hold a Massachusetts RN license, maintain BLS/CPR, and have at least 1 year of RN experience. A nursing diploma is required; BSN is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience; Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the 32-bed Orthopedic unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to plan and implement care.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and patient progress in medical records.
