Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an RN for the Day shift in the inpatient surgical area. The team supports plastic/reconstructive, ENT, vascular, general, laparoscopic, orthopedic, urology, and OB/GYN surgeries.

Requirements include NH RN license or compact state, BCLS, ACLS within one year, BSN preferred, CNOR within 18 months, and one year OR experience. On-call every 4th weekend; holiday rotation. Competitive pay and benefits start on Day 1.

Qualifications

• RN license - NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within one year of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• CNOR within 18 months or when certification criteria are met.
• One year prior OR experience in OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and circulate for surgeries in the inpatient surgical area.
• Support a range of procedures including plastic/reconstructive, ENT, vascular, general, laparoscopic, orthopedic, urology and OB/GYN.
• Demonstrate competency required by the nursing staff for surgeries performed in the department.
