Job summary

Cincinnati Children's seeks an Inpatient Oncology Adult/APP to care for pediatric oncology inpatients admitted for routine chemotherapy and unexpected admissions. The role spans Base and Liberty locations with 12-hour shifts (7a–7:30p or 11a–11:30p), no current overnight shifts, weekends every third, and call responsibilities.

Requires NP or PA with FNP or Acute Care NP certification (NCCPA). Masters degree and multi-state licensure may be needed; CBDI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in related field; licensure/certification as required.
• Certification-FNP or Acute Care NP with NCCPA preferred.
• CBDI experience in oncology or related area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and exams for inpatient oncology patients.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans including chemotherapy and tests.
• Provide professional practice and ongoing competency; document per policy.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and ensure smooth transitions.
