The Cancer Center at Beth Israel Lahey Health (affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to support inpatient Stem Cell Transplant/Cellular Therapy. You will review care plans, ensure safe and cost-effective therapy, and participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising students/residents, educating patients at discharge, and contributing to policy development and research aligned with our mission to advance cancer

Qualifications

• PGY1 with 1–3 years or PGY2 or 3–5 years of experience in a clinical specialty area.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical oversight and verify medication orders to ensure optimal therapy.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents.
• Provide patient education and discharge counseling.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and treatment guidelines.
• Support education, quality improvement initiatives, and research aligned with the Cancer Center’s mission.
