Job summary

Qualifications

• Assesses patients and plans individualized therapy per physician orders.
• Develops and revises treatment plans based on progress and goals.
• Documents care in the medical record and communicates with physicians and team.
• Supervises therapy assistants and utilizes evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, plans treatment programs, and performs occupational therapy procedures.
• Reassesses patients and modifies treatment plans with objective findings.
• Communicates with physicians regarding therapy requests and changes.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation staff and interns to optimize patient outcomes.
