Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient care team. You will help patients regain independence after injuries or surgeries and design personalized plans to restore daily living skills.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care, and you will educate patients and families on strategies to sustain progress after discharge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maintain progress after discharge.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
