Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify patients' physical and mental abilities and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patients' goals.
Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and range of motion.
Teach patients how to safely perform daily tasks and use adaptive equipment if needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy at home.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
