Qualifications

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and provides inpatient occupational therapy treatment programs.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan post-acute or home care.
• Maintains patient records and documentation in accordance with standards and policies.
• Adapts treatment plans to meet patient safety and quality targets.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
