Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with NH licensure.
• Current NH OT license and CPR certification within 90 days.
• Experience preferred but not required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements OT treatment programs for patients.
• Develops written plans of care with short and long-term goals.
• Updates treatment plan and communicates with referrer and clinicians.
• Establishes discharge plan and instructs home exercise strategies.
• Provides supervision of therapy assistants and rehab staff.
