Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services in our inpatient Rehabilitation Services department. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support timely discharges.

The role includes patient and family education, discharge planning, and supervision of therapy staff. NH OT license required; bilingual not needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with entry level degree.
• Licensure as Occupational Therapist in New Hampshire required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare for evaluation by reviewing medical records and orders.
• Evaluate therapy needs and develop prioritized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with care team.
• Update plans and coordinate with referrers and clinicians.
• Provide treatments aligned with best practices and goals.
• Develop and execute discharge plans and home exercise instructions.
