Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient therapy coverage at our Denton, TX location. This per diem/PRN role includes weekdays and weekend coverage and supports patients with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other neurological or orthopedic conditions.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Formación

• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops/modifies treatment plans per patient needs and physician direction.
• Directs and delegates therapy services for assigned patients and designs functional programs.
• Educates patients, families, students, colleagues, and self on therapy processes.
• Performs additional professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
