Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Monday-Friday schedule with start times between 6:30 AM and 10 AM. Join a collaborative hospital team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

As an OT, you will evaluate patients, craft individualized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Contribute to development and growth of rehabilitation services across the PAM Health system.
• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system.
