RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients on a per diem inpatient schedule at Monmouth Medical Center. You will work within the Occupational Therapy department to develop individualized plans of care, promote independence, and ensure safe discharge planning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, plus education for patients and families and adherence to documentation and billing standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive inpatient occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve independence and mobility.
• Follow clinical standards, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Educate patients and caregivers and support discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise students or staff as assigned.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in continuing education.
