Formación

• OT licensure in California or eligibility.
• Ability to assess patients and plan OT care.
• Document treatment and coordinate care with team and families.
• Instruct and evaluate therapy students during affiliations.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop Care Plans aligned with goals.
• Provide OT interventions to patients per referral.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and prognosis.
• Coordinate discharge and CCS-related referrals.
• Document treatment and participate in staff orientation and supervision.
