Cleveland Clinic Main Campus seeks a Dietetic Technician to provide direct nutritional care to adult inpatients under the guidance of a registered dietitian. You’ll collaborate with nurses, physicians, and food service staff to support patient nutrition needs and ensure accurate meal delivery.

This role involves direct patient interaction, documentation, and participation in nutrition programs. Shifts are days, with two schedules offered (8:00am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4:00pm), on the Cleveland Clinic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field (B.S.).
• Associate’s degree in Dietetic Technology (A.A.).
• DTR certification required within 6 months of hire.
• On-the-job training and rotating shifts are part of the role.
• Continuous education in nutrition-related practice areas is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nutritional care to adult inpatients under a registered dietitian.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and food service staff to support nutrition needs.
• Ensure accurate meal delivery and monitor ongoing nutrition care.
• Maintain documentation and diet/order entry records.
• Serve as liaison between food service and clinical teams.
• Ensure meals comply with prescribed diets and update diet changes.
• Track productivity and prepare required reports.
• Participate in rounds, conferences, and research.
