Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/DNP or BSN with graduate degree preferred.
• Two years as a registered nurse in an acute care setting and one year leadership experience.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Florida or NLC; BLS; ACLS; PALS; NALS; TNCC; ANCC/AONL leadership cert within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight for an inpatient unit or units.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates the delivery of patient care to achieve outcomes.
• Manages budget and responds to changing patient and staff requirements.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Ensures compliance with standards of care, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supports change management and adoption of new technologies and procedures.
• Maintains a patient- and family-centered delivery model.
