Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in hospital management or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervision and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities
