Job summary

Marshfield Clinic in Minocqua, WI is seeking a Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts (12 hours) with 36 weekly hours. You will provide patient-centered care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, collect specimens, and maintain treatment areas. Wisconsin registry requirements apply.

Benefits and an attractive package are offered. Salary ranges are $16.00–$24.00 per hour. Alignment with hospital policies, drug screen and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred and ensures required competencies/certifications.
• If working in ND or MN, must be on NA Registry within four months from hire date.
• If working in WI, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or be a student nurse with basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN/LPN supervision.
• Collect non-invasive specimens as needed and record vital statistics.
• Perform scheduling and documentation clerical tasks and prepare treatment areas.
• Clean patient living areas and treatment rooms; provide one-on-one patient care when necessary.
