Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND is hiring a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient team. You will provide patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision and support daily living activities, helping ensure the unit runs smoothly.

This full-time role offers day shifts, 40 hours per week and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to a rewarding care environment at Sanford Health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA preferred; maintains required department competencies and certifications.
• ND: registry within training/competency validation or four months after employment.
• WI: registry with work eligibility or student nurse with clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Record vital signs, glucose, and other health data.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
• Handle scheduling and documentation tasks for patient care.
• Prepare and clean treatment and living areas and medical equipment.
• Dispose of biomedical waste following policy.

Education
