Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity care as an Advanced Practice Provider on the Acute Nephrology Service.
• Perform daily multidisciplinary rounding and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage inpatient dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, CRRT) and coordinate transitions to outpatient care.
