Job summary

Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data, develops an individualized care plan, and coordinates care.
- Directs care and manages utilization of nursing staff involved in patient care.
- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians and support staff to ensure outcomes.
- Participates in governance, committee work, and unit projects.
- Documents patient responses and adjusts the care plan based on findings.
- Uses best available evidence to guide nursing practice.
