Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Mobility Tech Inpatient PT Per Diem for the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. The role supports the Rehabilitation Services – Inpatient department and collaborates with nurses, case managers, providers, and other staff to mobilize and care for patients across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or the equivalent required.
• Experience working with the public desired.
• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for treatment.
• Assist during and after treatment.
• Assist with toileting and personal care of patients.
• Assist with ambulation and exercise plan.
• Assemble supplies, set up and adjust equipment for treatment.
• Assist with transfers and mechanical lifting of debilitated patients.
• Assist in transporting patients.
• Maintain mobility supply levels.
• Perform daily mobility equipment sweep on inpatient units.
