Responsibilities

• Provides support to the nursing staff and patient care under the direction of licensed staff and leaders.
• Upholds Community Cares Standards and ensures patient safety.
• Precepts MHW I employees.
• Observes verbal and non-verbal communication, monitors mood and behavior changes.
• Reports observations to the assigned nurse.
