Freeman Health System is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide inpatient psychiatric care in collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals. You will address a range of behavioral health issues with a trauma-informed, empathetic approach in a welcoming environment.

The role includes participating in rotating on-call schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires a PMHNP program graduate with Arkansas APRN licensure and

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and PMHNP program.
• Arkansas APRN licensure through the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
• Qualify for Full Independent Practice Authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to inpatients in collaboration with psychiatrists and other clinicians.
• Serve patients with behavioral health needs, addressing trauma-informed care and dual recovery concepts.
• Participate in rotating call schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
