Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX, invites a licensed clinician to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy. You will oversee discharge planning and ensure timely documentation of all services and outcomes.

The role requires coordination with the clinical team and responding to emergencies as needed. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and Texas LMSW/LCSW/LPCA/LPC licensure, with BLS certification

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology from an accredited program.
• Current LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC Texas licensure required; LCDC/LMFT a plus.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required; Handle with Care and De-Escalation training completed during orientation and annually.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments and individual, family, and group therapy.
• Oversee discharge planning and utilization of department resources.
• Document all services, interventions, and outcomes timely; participate in treatment team.
• Respond to emergency codes as requested or assigned.
• Provide case management services and interface with Utilization Management.
